Note : 1. The cost of making hole for passing through inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord and making good of surface at both location as original by plastering / whitewash / colour / distemper etc is deemed to be included in quoated rate and no extra payment will be made to contractor in this effect. 2.
