Note:
1. The parts replaced shall be measured seperately under relevent item.
2. Any other defective part or part which is likely to fail and not present in schedule and need to be replaced for making machine serviceable for proper operation shall be replaced by contractor at no extra cost and cost of item is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
3. Cost of taking out drum for correcting the alignment and balancing is deemed to be included in quoted rates.
4. Cost of T&P and transportation is deemend to be incuded in quoted rates.
5. If any defect occur till next service during CA period then contractor will carry out repair and replace the defective part of machine at no extra cost.

| 5 | M&L for service/Over hauling of Drying Tumbler of capacity 50/60 Kg, comprising of opening, dismantling of the machine, disconnecting all steam / water and electrical connection, balancing / alignment of drum/shaft, remattling the shaft by taking it to the lathe work shop, cleaning / servicing of steam heating coil, steam trap, replacing all defective spares parts / items mentioned in Schedule and reassembling all dismantled part/items after carrying out necessary repair as required, including cleaning, servicing, oiling, greasing etc, making all water/steam connection and electrical connection, leak testing at desired pressure, with and including testing, complete all as directed and required at site.
