| 2 | Notes :- (a) The repair/maint of Volina Servo stabilizer under this contract shall be done through OEMs i.e. M/s Volina /M/s Vinitec/M/s Powerware/M/s ITE or their authorized service dealer. The contractor will have to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarized within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and work will executed as per policy invouge of the contractors default. (b) Spares parts such as Control Electronic Card, Dimmer, Control tranformer, RC Network etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (c) Cost of minor spares like gasket set for top cover, thimbles, nut, bolts, washers etc included in the quoted rates. (d) Cost of soldering/ brazing or connecting LV bus bars with sutable size nuts, bolts and washers included in the quted rate. | ||
