| 2 | Notes:- (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done throuhg OEMs i.e Altima Security Technologies /A1 Fence /Static System (ii) The contract included for repair/ replacement and maintenance of Network electrical power fence complete i.e fence wire, OFC cable, pole, software and hardware controller ,insulator, LCD monitoring display, Enerzier, elctrical panel and connected all accessories of electric power fence, etc under comprehensive AMC. (iii) Quality of spares: The equipment ( Newrork for electric power fence and controller device) parts replaced must be new and equivalent in performance of existing part. (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing electrical power fence system by regularly and systematically examining as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. (v) On each visit of the maintenance staff, a certificate to the effect will be co-signed by the user and Engineer-in-charge for verifying the visit. (vi) Monthly preventive maintenance visit will be comprise a team of an Engineer/ Technician, and also visit shall be made as and when required basis. (vii) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month for Eleven (11) months and maintain the record of same as per the performa of monthly maintenance check enclosed in the tender documents.The same shall be forwarded alongwith RAR failing which no payment shall be released to the contractor (viii) Any repair/replacement of equipment part will be replenished without adding any cost to departmant except modification /Upgradation of hardware/software of equipment and civil work. | ||

| 4 | Notes:- (Including in AMC) (i) All the items which are mentioned in the item No 2 should be covered under the AMC for 11 Months with OEM (ii) Repair ,maintenance of the total Hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting for CCTV i.e Camera Visibility Test, DVR / NVR Recording Test, DVR / NVR Settings,controller server,keypad, Verification, and Disk Error Check, LED display monitoring complete part of Network of CCTV camera . Replacement of CCTV parts, and some consumable items and the maximum repair to the defective component of CCTV camera and their part are covered under AMC. (iii) In case of any technical snag it should be attended within 24 hours and ensure attending the break down calls on urgent basis. (iv) Monthly preventive maintenance visit will be comprise a team of an Engineer/ Technician, and also visit shall be made as and when required basis. (v) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintenance once in a month for Eleven (11) months and maintain the record of same as per the performa of monthly maintenance check enclosed in the tender documents.The same shall be forwarded alongwith RAR failing which no payment shall be released to the contractor. (vi) The comprehensive maintenance in respect of IP based Network CCTV camera under his contract shall be done through OEMs or any authorised dealers i.e any one of M/s mobotix / m/s Bosch / M/s Barco /M/s diglink / M/s Synolgy / M/s LG/ M/s Hik-Vision / M/s CP Plus (vii) The equipment like replacement of CCTV Camera, NVR,VMS Software & hardware controller, electrical control panel , LED TV,video wall ,LAYER switches ,Hard disk, UTP & OFC cable , MCB will be paid separately. | ||
