Rates included for any necessary services for ease of work in multistory bldg like mechanical tools, mechanical suspended platform & Scaffolding for demolition and safety net if required any as directed by Engr-in Charge. 3. During the execution of work, In case of any damages such as the GAS PIPE LINE or water supply pipe, cable etc., the contractor will have to got it repaired/replaced at his own cost and nothing will be paid extra on account and all these items will be removed/repaired by contractor at their own cost. 4. All the demolished bldg material will be removed outside MOD land by the contractor at his own expenses. The rate of removal is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. 5.The contractor shall provide all safety equipments as per IS standards to labours. | ||
