1Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA 3-Ph Input / 3-Ph Output True Online, Modular type, Medical grade, having suitable output isolation transformer, double conversion PWM IGBT-based UPS System, suitable for critical applications requiring high availability. The UPS shall be based on DSP-controlled three-level inverter topology and operate in tower installation mode. The system shall support parallel scalability up to 6 units in N+1 configuration. Input voltage shall be 400V AC, 3-phase, 4-wire with a wide operating range of 340V to 477V and frequency range from 40Hz to 70Hz complete all as specified, directed and comprising of the following specifications :- (a) The output shall be 415V AC, 3-phase, delivering rated power of 100 kW at unity power factor. The inverter shall offer a crest factor of minimum 2.5:1 with THDv<2.0% on linear loads and voltage regulation within 1%. Inverter overload capability shall include <105% continuous, <110% for 60 minutes, <125% for 10 minutes, <150% for 1 minute, and >150% for 200ms. Transfer from mains to battery shall be seamless (0 ms), while inverter-to-bypass transfer shall be synchronous 0 ms and asynchronous 20 ms. 4.00Each Job
2(b) Efficiency shall be up to 96% in double conversion mode and 99% in ECO mode. The UPS shall support battery bus voltage from 360 V to 600 VDC or as per OEM recommendations, and suitable battery charger. Compatible battery types include SMF VRLA, Tubular, and Li-ion. Noise level shall not exceed 65 dB at 1 meter. (c) UPS Operating temperature range shall be 0 C to 40 C, and storage temperature -40 C to +70 C (without battery), -25 C to +55 C (with battery). Relative humidity shall be 5% to 95% non-condensing. System shall operate without derating up to 1000 m altitude; above that, derate by 1% per 100 m. (d) The system shall feature a graphical LCD display capable of storing up to 256 events. Data must be transferred to CMS via SNMP or RS232/ RS485/ Modbus (serial/RCP/IP) or as per OEM recommendations. (e) UPS enclosure shall be IP20/IP21 rated with rear cable entry, forced-air cooling, and powder-coated black texture finish.
3(f) UPS must comply with IEC 62040-1 (safety), IEC 62040-2 (EMC). It shall also meet ISO 9001:2015 for quality and ISO 14001 for environmental management. Vendor must provide full spare and service support for at least 10 years from the date of product discontinuation. (g) The contractor shall submit a Manufacturer s Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM of the UPS, covering all warranties, along with the technical bid. 4Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 30 KVA 3-Ph Input / 3-Ph Output True Online, Modular type, Medical grade, having suitable output isolation transformer, Double Conversion IGBT-based UPS System, suitable for OT & Lighting Application. UPS shall be based on DSP-controlled Three-Level Inverter technology (VFI-SS-III topology) with Cold Start and Soft Start feature. The system shall support battery backup testing without switching OFF Input Breaker. UPS must operate on generator supply with provision for separate mains and bypass input, and comply with IEC 62040-3 standards. System must offer inverter output at unity power factor with <2% THD (linear load) and <5.5% (non-linear load), pure sinewave output and capability to handle 110% load for 60 mins, 125% for 10 mins, and 150% for 1 min. UPS efficiency shall be >96% at 100% linear load. Transfer time from AC to Battery shall be zero, complete all as specified, directed and comprising of the following specifications :- (a) UPS shall support SMF VRLA battery bank with flexible DC bus (384 480V), batteries ranging 65AH 200AH. It must support operation with up to 2 battery failures without shutdown, and provide battery protection via circuit breaker with fuse, DC undervoltage trip, and EPO. Charger shall support minimum 10% AH rating and charge battery to 90% within 10 hours. Note : If, OEM is not manufacturing 30 KVA UPS system, the contractor shall provide the next standard one with higher capacity without any extra cost. 19.00Each Job
5(b) The system must include intuitive LCD display with UPS status, I/O voltage, battery level, breaker status, and fault logs (upto 500 events). Alarm conditions must include Mains Fail, Rectifier Fail, Inverter Fail, Low Battery, Over Temp, Fan Fail, etc. UPS must include REPO (EPO) switch and support SNMP, Modbus (serial/TCP/IP). (c) System shall have automatic bypass on overload / fault conditions and facility for bypass enable / disable. Cabinet shall be IP20 rated with bottom cable entry. UPS must operate in 0 40 C without derating, support 20 90% RH non-condensing, and have noise level <65 dBA at 1m. (d) UPS shall comply with IEC 62040-1, IEC 62040-2, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. Surge protection per IEC 62040-2. Input, Output and Earth cabling by client using ISI-marked multi-strand flexible copper cable. The earth resistance shall be monitored and displayed continuously using smart earth resistance monitoring system. Warranty: 1 Year. OEM must provide service and spare support for 10 years after product discontinuation. (e) The contractor shall submit a Manufacturer s Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM of the UPS, covering all warranties, along with the technical bid.
