| 1 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AMCA Certified (For Air and Sound Performance) tube/Vane axial flow fans of different capacities in standard GI/M.S. construction as mentioned below. Entire fan model and AMCA Seal shall appear in technical submittal of fan. Housing to be made from either galvanized steel with a coating of Z275 or mild steel that is hot dipped galvanized to DIN EN ISO 1461 and complete with bird screen at fan outlet. Fans shall be EN Rated for high temperature as suitable for operation at a minimum of 250 C for 2 hours. The electric motor coupler shall be IE- 03/IE-04 squirrel cage induction type conforming to IS-325, IP-55 rated with class `H' insulation. Fan rpm: The speed of the fans shall not be more than 1450 RPM; however fans with 8000 CFM and below may be selected at 2900 RPM. Fan total efficiency should not be less than 65%, and noise level to be 80 db @ 3m distance when measured under hemispherical reverberant room conditions. Quoted price shall be inclusive of sound attenuator at the outlet/inlet of the fan to achieve desired sound levels. Fans mentioned as outdoor type shall be good for outdoor installation with proper cowl and mounting arrangement as per approved shop drawings. Fans shall be as per specifications and design drawings. Note: Contractor Has to take approval on computer generated selection charts and fan curves showing power input and fan motor etc. prior to order the fans.
