1Supply of Floor Mounted, bottom discharge, Air Cooled DX type Precision type Air Conditioning (PAC) units for server room application, equipped with advanced industry technology to operate at higher return air temperatures, guaranteeing precise control of Data Centres and server room. The units shall be selected on the basis of following parameters: i) Gross total cooling Capacity: 08TR (For round the clock operation: 1 Working + 1 Standby, but rates shall be given per unit only) The Indoor unit shall comprise of Variable Capacity Digitally controlled Scroll Compressor, Fibreglass corrosion resistant In-floor EC fans, Evaporator DX Cooling Coil with hydrophilic coating, Microprocessor Controllers, Expansion valves, Driers, G4 Filter, Suction and Discharge piping, Internal power and Control wiring, Crankcase heaters, Infrared Humidifier (Non-Electrode), Heaters, HP/LP Cutouts, Power and Control contactors, water leak detectors, Composite Material Evaporator Blower (Backward curved type fan with EC motor), compressor shall be charged with R 410A (or other environment friendly refrigerant with ODP zero) and other electrical accessories. Suitable angle iron frame shall be made for resting indoor unit as to be required as per OEM. The system done by multiple units shall work with efficient cascade way, trying to maximise energy efficiency always working where EC Fans are more effective. The Outdoor Condenser unit shall comprise of Condenser fans & motor, Condenser cooling coil (Copper coil with aluminium fins), Fan speed controller, Isolator switch. Suitable foundation made of concrete / brick work and angle iron frame etc. shall be made before placing condenser units. The condensing temperature of matching air cooled condenser upto 51 Deg C at design conditions. The unit shall be suitable for operation on 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 Wire ac supply. Each unit should be having individual display panel, which shall display date, time, actual & set values, operating conditions, signal faults, collective faults, limiting values and PAC wellness alarm / service alarm to reduce the down time and unit memory shall hold not less than 400 most recent events with ID number, time and date stamp for each event. Unit should have integrated system of same OEM to support notification - email and SMS to user. Same should be web accessible from anywhere in LAN or WAN Solution has Dual Power redundancy, Network redundancy built in Monitoring Application redundancy at active (multiple managers can work together) Supports multiple monitoring protocols (Modbus, SNMP, etc), unit will support Temperature, Humidity sensor, Water leakage sensing device, door sensor, Smoke detection and Sound and alarm alarms should support max 16 Analog Input sensors or 16 Analog outputs and 18 Digital outputs with additional appropriate cards. Shall be having capability to support max 32 intelligent device like UPS, precision cooling units, generator sets and etc irrespective of SNMP or Modbus to monitor the health and status of them. The entire unit shall be recharged with required refrigerant before commissioning at site. The work includes Sequencing of both PACs shall be done with D-link and Cat-6 cable as per requirement. 2COPPER REFRIGERANT PIPING: Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for PAC system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required :
