| 1 | Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of retrofitting emission control device on existing 500 KVA DG set to reduce particulate matter, hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emission by at least 70% to 90% and other harmful pollutants in 5 mode D2 cycle. The emission control device / equipment must be tested over an ISO-8178 5 mode D2 cycle for equivalent KVA rating and consisting of pressure safety valve if SS304, oxidation chamber particulate matter tarp of 15-2062 grade 'B' with high temperature resistance paint, vibration damper & gasket shielding & guarding of insulation with SS202 cladding, making structure, maintenance platform & ladder of lS 2062 grade B with high temperature resistant paint, Manual exhaust by pass system present- A manual valve will be given after the first stage (oxidation stage) and before the second stage (Passive Regenerative trap) of the DOFF, Noise attenuation is within the permissible limits, equipped with mechanical pressure relief system, capturing chamber made of resistance process treated mild steel etc. as required complete all as specified and directed. (Note- (I) The contractor should hire OEM for procurement and SITC of RECD shall be completed in all respect by the contractor.. (ii) Test reports and certifications from NABL lab approved by MoEFCC recognized laboratory regarding emission quality parameters before the device is installed and should qualify as per NGT norms, it shall be recorded and submit to Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) All specification and norms regarding OEM supplier and RECD are to be provided as per norms of Central Pollution Control Board. RECD having parameters/norms above mentioned shall be allowed, otherwise RECD of respective OEM will not be qualified for this project. The procurement and works related shall be on sole approval of engineer-in charge.)
