| 1 | Material and labour for taking out electric motor for rewinding of capacity 50 HP induction motor 3 phase 415 Volts, 2880/2900 RPM by disconnection from terminal & pump coupling & foundation complete removing of motor, carrying to workshop for rewinding after opening motor, removing burnt copper wire from stator, cleaning all parts throughly, rewinding motor stator with same gauge and same No of turns of super enamelled copper wire including insulating materials and varnishing, heating/ baking up to desird temperature etc including replacement of motor ball bearings ( DE & NDE), terminal plate with nuts/bolts and painting of repaired motor externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and reassembling/ fixing the motor and pump set at its original location, making proper alignment connecting the motor with supply and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i ) The rate quoted deemed to inclusive of cost of disconnecting the centrifugal/monoblock pump set along with motor taken to work shop and carry out all repairs including replacement of terminal plate with nuts/bolts and bring back to original site refix in original position testing and commissioning complete.
