NOTE-: Condition for L1 Bidder Availability and Exclusive Deployment of Water Tankers:- The L1 bidder shall be required to submit a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or ownership documents confirming the availability of at least four water tankers, each having a minimum capacity of 10,000 litres, and compliant with BS-VI emission norms or operating on CNG. Furthermore, the bidder must certify that the said tankers are not deployed elsewhere at the time of MoU submission and shall remain exclusively available for this work throughout the contract period from the start date until completion of the work to ensure the timely and proper supply of drinking water as per the contract requirements. Failure to submit the requisite MoU or ownership documents, or non-compliance with the exclusivity condition, within 7 days of issuance of the Letter for commencement of work may result in forfeiture of the Performance Guarantee and additional performance guarantee (if any) and will render L1 Bidder ineligible to participate in bid in re-tendering of said work. |
