| 2 | M&L for rewinding of burnt squirrel cage induction motor from a reputed workshop as decided by GE, 30 HP, 3 phase ,440 V, 50 Hz of any make with super enamelled copper conductor with 99.99% purity with approx 10 to 10.5 Kg winding wire (variation more than 5% in Qty shall be adjusted @1000/Kg) of the same specification as per old one after dismantling / cutting out burnt windings from stator assembly, cleaning slots properly complete with insulating slots packing, sleeves, papers & reassembling stator and rotor after replacement of worn out spares/matching works including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of motor external surface, writing SM/MES Nos, fixing new terminal connector block, replacement of old bearing at both end with bearing grease, complete all as specified and directed.
