(i) contractor shall deploy minimum one qualified plumber with one helper on all working days, in case of heavy complaints, addidtional manpower sall be arranded without extra cost. (ii) minor materials such as spindle, cartridge, ball valves , screw, nuts, bolts, sealent, PTFE tap. (iii) Contractor shall arrange all necessary T&P including pipe wrench, cutting tools, ladders and electric drilling machine at his own cost.
