| 2 | Deputation of experienced Service Engineer for supervision, alignment, inspection, and commissioning assistance of Travelling Grate Assembly of 110 TPH Boiler at HBL site.
The scope broadly includes supervision and technical guidance for dismantling, inspection, re-erection, alignment, trial checking, and commissioning of Travelling Grate Assembly including both grate systems. The Service Engineer shall inspect the overall condition of grate components, replace damaged/worn-out parts for smooth and reliable operation of the grate system.
The Service Engineer shall supervise alignment of travelling grate assembly, sprockets, shafts, chains, rollers, guides, drive mechanisms, and associated components to ensure proper synchronization, smooth movement, and trouble-free operation. The scope shall also include checking of clearances, chain tension, lubrication arrangement, and operational parameters during trial run and commissioning.
The contractor/service provider shall provide necessary technical expertise, supervision, inspection reports, recommendations, and commissioning assistance for satisfactory operation of both travelling grate systems.
Note:
1. Rates shall be quoted inclusive of all travelling, boarding, lodging, and incidental expenses of Service Engineers.
2. Labours, consumables, required tools & tackles, crane arrangement, and spares shall be under HBL s scope.
3. Accommodation of the Service Engineer shall be arranged by HBL.
4. Final alignment, inspection, and commissioning activities shall be carried out in coordination with HBL Engineer-in-Charge.
