Motor Technical Details:Motor Type: DC Shunt Motor, Motor Output: 300 kW, Frame Size: 1LFC-315L, Winding Type: Shunt, Insulation Class: F, Speed: 1000 / 1200 RPM, Armature Voltage: 750 V, Armature Current: 429 A, Field Voltage: 220 V, Field Current: 11.20 A, Duty: S1 (Continuous Duty), Make: IEC Work Location: All repair activities as mentioned below shall be performed at the HBL Sugauli Plant. The broad work scope of repairing of 300 KW DC Motor shall include, but is not limited to, the followings: 1. Rewinding Work of Stator & Armature 2. Insulation Work: Replacement of inter-turn glass fiber separators of interpole coils. Complete re-insulation of coils. 3. Rewinding & Insulation Treatment: Impregnation of coils with Class-F insulation. Application of insulating enamel (varnish red coat Becktol) for stator winding. 4. Reassembly of Interpoles & Core Work: Refitting of all 4 Nos. interpoles after cleaning. Removal of wedges from stator core body. Formation and preparation of compensatory coil windings. 5. Laying of New Windings: Insulating and laying of new compensatory coils in stator slots; Refitting of wedges after proper placement of windings in core slots. 6. Fixing & Binding: Fixing of stator copper windings using resin and hardener. 7. Electrical Connections: Brazing of connections for stator and armature winding coils after completion of rewinding. 8. Testing & Finalization: Conduct all necessary electrical and functional tests to ensure performance and reliability.
