| 1 | Notes:- (i) The scope of work is to be carried out from ground level to nearly upto 28 metres of height. (ii) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding/boom lift/crane as required. Contractors should arrange necessary scaffolding/ boomlift/crane and takes all safety precautions for workers at the time of carrying out works as described in Sch 'A'/ BOQ. (iii) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to assess the resources required to execute the work as the site include prestigeous buildings of INA. (iv) Quoted rates included using mechanical means for surface preparation and application of paint as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. (v) The work may be carried out at different location and in different measurement/ touch ups even it is below 1 Sqm or othewise. (vi) Quoted rates includes for cleaning of paint stains on floor/window/joinery surfaces. (vii) Cost of all factors are deemed to be included in the rate quoted in BOQ. No extra claim will be entertained on this account. (viii) All debris, unserviceable items shall be removed from site and thrown away at dumping area outside INA area upto a distance of 10.00 Kms where directed. Loading, Unloading , staking and transportation charges are included in relevent items of taking down or demolition / dismantling. All debris should be taken outside of INA Campus and if any debris found dumped inside INA campus, a fine of Rs 5000.00 per load or per Cum will be recovered from contractor. (ix) Rates included using mechanical means for surface preperation and application of paint as per manufatures instruction all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. (X) The work may be carried out at different location and in different measurement/touch ups even it is below 1 Sqm or othewise.
