| 1 | Notes: (i) The scope of subject work involves repair and rectification all day to day complaints received from users and other miscellaneous repairs ordered by the Engineer-in-charge time to time during currency of work till date of completion. Hence the site will be handed over to the contractor as per complaints received from the users and as per the requirement. Contractor shall have no claim whatsoever in this aspect. (ii) The contractor or his representative shall collect daily list of complaints from MES complaint cell or from concern JE and shall attend all the complaints in the same day irrespective of number of complaints received. Contractor shall employ sufficient tradesmen accordingly as per requirement. However minimum one plumber and carpenter shall be made available throughout working hours to attend emergency complaints. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed inclusive of cost against supervisor, all tradesmen / labours employed, conveyance required for collecting complaints and attending at site for all items of BOQ. (iii) Contractor shall employ skilled / experienced tradesmen and workers for execution of work. (iv) Contractor or his representative shall submit compliance report of complaints on the same day with receipt / job card duly signed by the users to concern JE. Contractor may use separate register for each category of complaints and obtain signature from users after repair / rectification of complaints received and submit the same during preparation of RARs to concern JE. (v) All critical complaints related to water supply and complaints which posses safety hazards to occupants have to be rectified within 24 hours after receipt of complaints. In case of complaints are not rectified on same day, the contractor shall submit in writing to Engineer-in-charge with valid reasons / justifications for delay and however the same shall be rectified with in 2 working days. Otherwise a recovery of Rs 500 per complaint shall recovered from the contractor. (vi) All unserviceable materials, debries, waste material scrap etc. obtained during repair work other than such of credit materials issued to the contractor shall be removed immediately from site and disposed off at dumping locations earmarked with in the INA premises at no additional cost to the Govt. The cost of labour, transportation etc. shall be deemed included in the rates quoted by the contractor against respective BOQ items and nothing extra shall be paid. (vii) While attending water supply pipeline repairs, tank replacement / cleaning works, or other external works, Contractor may require ladders, site clearance / cutting of vegetation, bushes etc. to make approach to enable work at his own arrangement without any additional cost to the Govt. | ||

| 5 | Supply & fix in repairs anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling. The snap grid frame work shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger consisting of 6mm dia mild steel rod, J bolts with necessary bolts, nuts and washers. The snap grid (main/cross tee section) supported at ends shall be 40mm x 25mm x 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM and the main & cross tee shall be jointed at junction/ crossing with angle bracket of size 15mm x 15mm x 1.5mm, weighing 0.12 Kg/RM and fixed with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I.
