| 1 | Note : 1. Contractor should visit at site before Quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safety measurers adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall provide and deploy two nos skilled AC technician and two nos helper (as approved by GE / Engineer-in-charge) shall report at 0900 hrs to JE E&M /Engineer-in-charge to collect the complaints job card in working days & complete the same complaint within 24 hrs. The amount for payments of AC technician & helper is included in given rates. 4. The contractor shall also provide AC technician & Helper on Sunday & holiday if required or asked by JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge. 5. The complaints shall be rectified with in 24 hrs, If the complaints is/are not attended /not completed within 24 Hrs (except repair/ replacement of major items like replacement of compressor, cooling coil, condensing coil, fan motor and PCBs) recovery will be done Rs 1000.00 Per complaint per day. 6. For major Parts like replacement of compressor, cooling coil, condensing coil, fan motor and PCBs should be rectified within 05 Working days, if the contractor not rectify within time then recovery will be done Rs 1000.00 Per complaint per day. 7. After completion of Job work complaint, the contractor has to produce job card duly signed by user & JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge. 8. If contractor failed to provide their AC Technician or absent to attend the complaints then recovery will be done Rs 2000.00 Per day. | ||
| 2 | Material & labour for servicing of split type AC/Floor standing AC/Cassette AC unit of any capacity any make by removing dust with suitable method, cleaning of air filters, tightening of loose wire, nuts, bolts, washers, servicing of condenser motor/ blower, by oiling, greasing, required welding/bracing, replacement of worn out rubber bushes of condensor motor, washing with water indoor & outdoor coils,setting of grill alignment & knobs, Checking for any leakages & brazing ,topup of refrigerant gas as per existing, replacement of thermocoal insulations for air tightness as required, testing etc all as specified and directed.(Note diferent type of gases if filled then the amount of gas is paid seperatly on relevant items.) | 280 | Each Job |
