| 1 | M&L for servicing of HT 11 KV, RMU any type and make by carry out the following work once in six months :- (i) Cleaning/decarbonizing of all levers, springs using suitable cleaning agent and tightening of screws, nuts, bolts, spring etc for proper functioning. (ii) Lubricating/greasing of all operating mechanism and moving parts, switching & tripping mechanism, demoisturing of all parts. (iii) Testing of relay tripping performace of RMU. (iv) Checking of all relays and interlocking if any. (v) Caiberation, performance testing using primary injection method and necessary adjustment of relays for successful operation at the time of fault occurence etc. (vi) Checking of operating mechanism adjustments, measurements of the mechanical clearances of operating mechanism, internal wiring circuit etc, tightening of all connections, replacement of unserviceable fuse/MCB SP including removing moisture deposit inside the RMU. (vii) Checking all end terminals, tightening the nut, bolt and washers, replace the unserviceable nut, bolt & washers, engage the RMU with the supply system and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note : (i) The cost of cleaning materials, HT Tape, thinner, cotton waste, monoplast, unserviceable cable end socket, steel nuts, bolts with double washers, MCB SP upto 32 Amp, replacement of complete HT packing/gasket shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
