| 1 | Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of transformer step down, outdoor type 11 KV/433 Volt as per IS-1180 Part-I 2014 including amendment upto date, energy efficient level -II minimum, Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) cooled, copper wound, suitable for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system of capacity 200 KVA, oil immersed having vector group DYN-11, naturally cooled type, complete with and including first filling of transformer oil, delta connection on HT side, star connection on LT side, manually operated, off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage to (+)(-) 7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each, cable end box at LT side, LT side cable box shall also be fitted with suitable size of cable glands for making connections with all accessories and under mentioned fittings complete all as specified & directed:- (i) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (ii) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing (iii) Lifting lugs (iv) Drain valve with plug or cover plate (v) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking (vi) Cooling Radiator (vii) Thermometer pocket (viii) Conservator (ix) Oil filling hole with cover (x) Thermometer 100mm dial/stem type with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resetting. (xi) Silica gel breather duly filled with silica gel (xii) 03 Nos. Porcelain HV bushing with arcing horn on HV side with bushing rod (xiii) One cable end box on LV side with 4 Nos. porcelain bushing with rod (xiv) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer for effecient functioning of the transformer. (xv) Foundation as per manufaturer specification. Notes : (i) The drawing of transformer shall be approved by accepting officer on the receipt of request from the contractor through GE. (ii) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises and reports will be deposited with purchase voucher.
