1Disconnecting all electrical connections from defective 4 MVA power transformer, 66/11 KV copper wound at MRS Faridkot Mil Stn in presence of rep of approved workshop/ PSPCL team and dismantling the components of transformer for easy loading, making the transformer air tight, packing, lifting of transformer from foundation smoothly, loading to suitable vehicle and transport to approved workshop, unloading at workshop and after repair transported back to MRS Faridkot Mil Stn and installation, commissioning at site by approved workshop and testing by representative of apporved workshop complete all as specified and directed. Make of Transformer : Kirloskar Note:- (i) The contractor shall be responsible for any kind of damage occured during transportation/loading/unloading or at any stage and the damege shall be made good by the contractor at his own expense. (ii) Transit insuarance shall be made by the contractor and the rate of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation vehicle, necessary T&P and men power charges. (iv) Rate is deemed to be inclusive for installation, commissioning by approved workshop and testing by Rep of approved workshop. (v) Cost of connection of control cables to C&R panel deemed to be included in quoted rates. (vi) Consumables items, T&P and metering and protection equipments required for disconnection & installation of transformer, including testing shall be provided by the contractor and rates are deemed to be included in quoted rates.1.00Each Job
2M&L for opening the top cover of transformer and carrying out the folowing work/repairs by speacialist technician/ engineer at factory work shop :- (a) Removing of transformer oil from transformer into seperate container. (b) Taking out the core and coil of transformer. (c) Repair / replacement of defective plate of core as per existing size. (d) Cleaning the transformer from inside properly by used transformer oil as per equipment manufacturer's guidelines and painting with one coat zink as per manufacturer norms. (e) Re-tanking and assembling of core and coil. (f) Ovening in vapour phase drying oven at factory workshop for 72 hrs. (g) Toping up with new transformer oil. (h) Replacment of gaskets, hardware/consumables, replacement of silica gel breather etc (i) Refixing of the transformer top cover with gasket, nuts, bolts and washers. (j) The following routine test as per IS 2026 (Part I) -1977 shall be carried out at repairing workshop having NABL Lab accredition and valid calibration of test equipments :- (i) Measurement of winding resistance. (ii) Measurement of voltage ratio and check of voltage vector relationship. (iii) Measurement of impedance voltage/short circuit impedance (principal tapping) and load loss . (iv) Measurement of no load loss and current. (v) Measurement of insulation resistance, (vi) Dielectric tests (k) The contractor shall submit test report from approved workshop / PSPCL technical team for above tests. Notes:- (i) Transformer shall be opened at recommended workshop in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer. (ii) Re insulation/Testing shall be carried out in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer. (iii) Transformer oil, Gasket, Silica gel breather shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule as supply only. 1.00Each Job
3M&L for replacement of one LV leg copper strips/coil with new copper strips/coils with new tripple paper cover (TPC) as per specification of copper conductor for 66/11 KV transformer of capacity 4 MVA & matching with existing gauge and same number of turns including best quality insulation, varnishing by vaccuum impregnation and baking of coil assembly complete all as specified and directed to achieve designed voltage ratio all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.170.00Kg
4Supply only transformer oil for toping up as per IS 335/93 having dielectric strength upto 60 KV breaking voltage complete all as specified and directed. Make : APAR300.00Ltr
