| 1 | Attending day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows, kitchen knobs fitting and fixing wire mesh, glass, repair of aluminum shutters etc as ordered/required on all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900 AM and report to complaint cell at every evening at 0500 PM on daily basis after satisfactory complition, complete all as specified and directed. Material such as nails, screws, washers, Rawel plug, putty/beading for glass, nut & bolts shall be included in the quoted rate. Note :- (i) The complaint aginst joinery work to be execute within 48 hours of receipt of complaint failing which Rs 1,000/day shall be recovered from the contractors final bill/RAR. (ii) Contractor has to detail one carpenter to attend complaint alongwith eqpt & machinary.
