| 1 | Attending complaints pertaining to essential water supply / leakage/ plumbing services of B&R works for maintenance and up keep of MD/OTM Accn through day to day maintenance in the AOR of AGE B/R (CG) Gandhinagar under GE I (CG) Gandhinagar complete all as directed. Note : (i) The Contractor OR his site supervisor will attend the complaint cell & office of AGE B&R (CG) Gandhinagar to receive the complaint slips on daily basis at 0930hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. (ii) Materials required of plumbing fittings/items of size 15-20mm (i.e. 'T', elbow, nipple, socket, union, clips, screws, white cement, M-seal etc) and tools will be provided to the persons which to be required to complete the assigned jobs by the contractor / site supervisor as per direcition of concerned JE. The contractor will also be provided the complain slip and register as required shape, size & page number on the required basis to the concerned JE from commencement of work till completion of CA. Rates of such types of materials and tools is included in this items. (iii) If more than one complaint pertaining to same quarter of MD accn and same bldg of OTM accn etc shall be considered as one complaint. (iv) If Contractor failed to carry out for completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery will be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 100.00 per complaint per day. (v) S&F in replacement of unserviceable items will be measured and paid separately in undermentioned respective plumbing & sanitary items on the required basis and details of replacement items is to be entered in complaint register and other record documents. S&F plumbing items will be executed by the Contractor complete all as specified and directed. | 800.00 | EACH JOB |
| 2 | Attending complaints pertaining to essential Joinery/carpentary services/leakage roof sheets of B&R works for maintenance and up keep of MD/OTM Accn through day to day maintenance in the AOR of AGE B/R (CG) Gandhinagar under GE I (CG) Gandhinagar complete all as directed. Note : (i) The Contractor / site supervisor will attend the complaint cell & office of AGE B&R-II to receive the complaint slips on daily basis at 0930hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. (ii) Materials required for repairing the joinery / carpentary works / roof sheets (i.e. nails, screw, wooden member, M.seal, 'L' & 'J' Hooks, self tapping screw, oil putty, bedding, fillets etc) and tools will be provided to the persons which to be required to complete the assigned jobs by the contractor / site supervisor as per direcition of concerned JE. The contractor will also be provided the complain slip and register as reqd shape, size & page number on the reqd basis to the concerned JE from commencement of work till completion of CA. Rates of such types of materials and tools is included in this items. (iii) If more than one complaint pertaining to same quarter of MD accn and same bldg of OTM accn etc shall be considered as one complaint.
