| 5 | Supply/ planning/setup/ tuning of RF communication infrastructure including meter data management & Head End System (HES) for the project area. AMI software and associated equipment s should be capable of handing at-least 4081 Number (cellular communication) of meters of different makes as per BIS 16444 with 25% expansion for each station without any additional infrastructure and cost implementation to the dept. Software/infrastructure must be compatible for installation of additional smart meter in existing system along with their integration with the installed system in future. It shall support occupation/vacation, meter replacement, personal details update on email to user/staff. Bank details of GE and payment gateway would be integrated with the software and also calculation of refund on vacation of quarter. Software would adopt meters and system of minimum three different makes conforming with IS 16444. Software would compatible for both pre-paid and postpaid billing plans as per requirement including user friendly app (Android & IOs) for Smart Phone.
