| 3 | German Hanger for FOOD COURT for the Delegates -: Food Court Area (In the hangar structure at the designated 1-2 location as finalized by the Authority. The following feasility required at each location:- P/E braced and tied Aluminium German hanger structure of required capacity and sizes with outer face covered with white / coloured cloth and approved front and side facade as approved by client, Roof covered with coloured waterproof and fire retardant fabric / good quality SRF PVC material, ceiling with white/colour fabrics as approved by Client, Providing 300 mm raised platform with 19 mm thick Fire retardant Plywood/block boards ( double layer) supported by wooden logs/ steel frame and covered with floor shall be covered with good quality of synthetic carpet (5 mm thick) maintaining good level without any undulations. Front/back and side facades with minimum 6 mm ply fixed on wooden/steel frame work and painting/on 2-layer fabric with an acrylic coating Glossy/matt finish with acrylic coat+black pigment coated etc. complete. The scope of work shall include the identification, procurement, engagement, Operation and Management of suitable food vendors/food stalls throughout the entire event period. The Agency shall obtain prior approval from TCGL at every stage, from initial vendor identification and selection through final onboarding and deployment.Interior work and ambience as per the usage and event theme. Good quality Carpet, necessary sitting arrangement for Min 250 pax AND 350 pax. high tables (Round tables seating arrangements and good quality banquet chairs with covered cloths at each locations.. Covers/ Cloths for tables/ chairs shall be changed on daily basis + High tables placements required/as informed by Authority.) Scope includes P/F synthetic carpet, internal lighting and fans, Plants, decorative Ambience elements. Work also includes P/E of minimum 15 Food Stalls inside the Hanger, each of 5m x 5 m area or size as approved by Client, erected on raised platform. Necessary octonorm panel partitions with proper bracings shall be erected for each food stall along with facia panels etc complete. with necessary partition for division of each food stall space into serving area and preparation area. Provision of tables along complete facia AND 4 Nos.of chairs in each food stall. Maintain proper access to Food Court Hanger using Paver Blocks/ wooden ramps/platform as per site requirement. Provision of separate covered area for Kitchen outside the Hanger along the periphery of the structure of min 3-4m width with paver block flooring and tables for the kitchen as per the requirements of catering agency/Client is a part of scope of work. Openings to the outside peripheral kitchen area shall be given from each Food Stall. Suitable covered temporary washing arrangements of about 250 - 300 Sq. Mt in 2-4 locations as required to be developed with adequate water supply AND drainage arrangements to be done. Necessary arrangements of waste disposal and garbage disposal has also to be done at each location by bidder. Provision of Min.10 nos. of dustbins (Min 65L) is part of scope and regular housekeeping with necessary manpower (Minimum 5 person 24x7) to upkeep the facility shall be part of scope. Providing necessary Handwash arrangement as per Department/Authority/client requirements. Barricading for managing people is part of scope of work. Bidder to review site location and consider necessary surface dressing and levelling as per the requirement. The scope of work also includes require electrical work like 5/6 Amp AND 15/16Amp. power points in each food stall AND kitchen area, 3 phase power controlled with required capacity of MCB/ELCB for the heavy loads, LED lights, Spot Lights, Table lights, tower fans, HVLS fans, cooler AND any other type of light fixture as per the site requirement with rated current capacity of Copper FRLS wires ISI make flexible wires in PVC rigid conduits AND Heavy-duty cables of ISI/FRLS aluminium including MCB/ELCB lighting/power distribution boards (LDB/PDB) etc. 2 Nos. of 65 inch display/TV with 4KUHD with minimum pixels of 3840 x 2160 with required floor/table stand or portable display stand suitable for temporary event installation., electrical power, Built-in Wi-Fi for streaming and display of required content, All necessary accessories, cabling and connections required for smooth operation during the all event days. Back up DG set including Diesel consumption (24x7) for all event days with required electrical accessories/cables shall be part of scope (consider Min 125 KVA- 1 Nos- DG sets at each location with minimum diesel availability for each DG set to be retained during event days is 500 Lit. or as per site requirements). Temporary DGVCL supply shall be arranged by Bidder and energy consumption charges shall be borne by TCGL. Garbage disposal is a part of scope of agency in consultation with local authority and Final payment shall be payable only after the bidder obtains and submits the NOC issued by the concerned local authority confirming site clearance/cleaning. The entire work should be carried out as per the direction of Client and Authority, no extra payment will be done related to the electrical work. Ensure fire safety as per applicable norms. The existing area shall be restored to its original condition upon completion of the works, under the scope of the works. Mode of measurement: Actual carpet area (In to in dimension) in plan shall be measured of structure. Concept design of German Hanger with stalls and seating arrangements shall be presented in the Concept Presentation considering nature of event. Agency to submit signed and stamped drawings vetted from registered Structural engineer for the proposed structure. It should also have small VIP lounge for seating area. Decorative theme has to be generated on outer facades as approved. The entire area shall be air-conditioned, and temperature shall be maintained between 22 to 24 degrees Celsius with equally distributed in entire area. All wiring should be in FRLS (ISI mark) AND in rigid PVC conduit protected with ELCB AND voltage stabilizer AND dedicated earthing. All electrical equipments and material like general lighting (Tube lights, par lights, metal, halogen, fans, etc), ELCB, MCB, wiring, etc and related electrical items shall not be measured separately.
