All veneer, and wood shall be FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and Green Guard Certified.3. All loose samples of materials shall be approved by the Engineer in charge.4. All adhesives and sealants shall be with low VOC and lead-free with acceptable VOC content as per requirements.5. The contractor shall prepare a shop drawing based on the intent/ concept drawing and get approval from the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall prepare mock-up doors, windows, partition and other elements with all required hardware and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before execution of work. Work shall be carried out as per the final approved shop drawing and approved mock-up. The contractor shall be responsible against stability, safety, leakage, etc all complete. Testing work shall be carried out by the Contractor as suggested by the Engineer in charge. (If required).6. All types of locks shall be with computerized 3 No. keys (SS 304) and master keys (if mentioned in the nomenclature of the item). The grouping of master keys shall be as suggested by the Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra shall be payable for the master key provision.7. Contractor shall make provision for access control system and other mechanical/ automation devices, coordinate with other services work, and make goods, etc complete.8. All Doors, windows, partition and other elements shall be fabricated and finished at the factory/ workshop, and only fixing and final finishing shall be executed at the site unless otherwise approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 9. Door, window, partition and other elements work shall be carried out for all floors, all levels, all heights, and all places including loading, unloading, stacking, transporting, hoisting, and erecting by any means (mechanical or manual).Teak wood frames for doors/windows etc. Providing and fixing frames for duct shuter, frames for interior works, doors, windows, transoms, louvers and ventilators, sills, jambs, skirting, and any type of interior work, using best quality kiln seasoned, termite treated first-class teak wood and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners with required dia. and length of an approved make, etc. for all levels, all floors, all heights, etc as per the issued drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall be inclusive of all types of consumables, accessories, fasteners, and any type of corner treatment (i.e. champering, pencil corner, bevelling, moulding, etc.).
