| 1 | The scope of work under this EPC Contract shall include detailed engineering, design verification, procurement, manufacture, supply, transportation, unloading, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, trial operation, performance testing and defect liability obligations for complete rehabilitation, upgradation, automation and commissioning of the STP including all civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, PLC & SCADA works. The scope shall comprise supply, erection, testing and commissioning of mechanical coarse screens, manual coarse screens, fine mechanical screens, raw sewage pumps with VFDs, submersible pumps, grit separator/classifier, equalization tank mixers, SBR aeration blowers with VFDs, standby blowers, fine bubble diffuser repair/replacement, automatic floating decanter systems, sludge transfer pumps, centrifuge rehabilitation, chlorine dosing system rehabilitation, all process pipelines, valves, actuators, supports and associated accessories. The contractor shall carry out repair and strengthening of damaged RCC structures including slabs, beams, columns, tanks and process units, fabrication and installation of structural steel works, epoxy flooring in process and utility buildings, RCC tank rehabilitation through epoxy resin coating and FRP/GRP lining systems, waterproofing, corrosion protection and all associated civil works. The scope shall further include supply, installation and integration of all field instruments, analyzers, electrical panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, cabling, earthing, lighting, PLC hardware, SCADA systems, communication networks, software development, control logic programming, HMI/SCADA screen development, data logging, reporting and remote monitoring facilities. The contractor shall perform hydraulic testing of all tanks and structures, mechanical commissioning, electrical commissioning, instrumentation calibration, biological commissioning of SBR process units, process stabilization, 72-hour continuous performance trial run and demonstration of guaranteed treatment performance in compliance with applicable CPCB/SPCB discharge standards. The scope shall also include supply of laboratory equipment, operator training, preparation of O&M manuals, submission of as-built drawings, provision of mandatory spare parts for two years of operation, warranty support, defect rectification, performance guarantee testing and all incidental works, Site Development works, consumables, tools, tackles, temporary works, safety arrangements and statutory approvals necessary for successful completion and handing over of the complete treatment plant on a turnkey EPC basis. | 1.000 | LS |
