| 4 | a) This item pertains to attending complaints of external water supply, b) T&P and safety tools as required to attend the complaint will be the responsibility of contractor. c) Rs 150/- per complaint per day will be recovered from contractor's payment if he fail to rectify complaint with in 24 Hrs d) Necessary exacavation /digging wherever required for the rectification of complaint will be done by the contractor and no extra amount will be paid seperately. | ||
| 5 | e) For each complaint in location, a docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorily completion of complaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned executive on day of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant and shall be produced at the time of payment to be made to the contractor. |
