| 1 | Notes:- (i) 100 percent nonperishable items of the work shall be deposited by the L1 bidder within 30 days after placing of work order. (ii) The critical path network shall be submitted by L1 bidder immediately after the acceptance of tender and approved by GE. (iii) The bidders must ensure to visit the site, check relevant documents and makes of materials required to be incorporated under the subject from concern Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Material obtained from demolition/dismantled and the serviceable material (other than reused in the work) shall be the property of the Govt and shall be removed and deposited in the MES Store Yard without any extra cost to Govt. (v) In case of non-availability of any make mentioned under list of Makes, the L1 Bidder shall obtain non-availability / non-manufacturing certificate from the concern OEM / authorised dealers and submitted to Accepting Officer, the L1 bidder may be incorporated Group-I category makes as approved by HQ CE SWC Jaipur / HQ CE BTZ in the works after prior approval of Accepting Officer. (vi) L1 Bidder shall produce E-way bill alongwith test certificate from OEM / manufacturer for costly items / major items of amount above Rs 50,000/- along with RAR s and Final Bill. (vii) L1 Bidder shall be maintained an album containing Photos of all the material brought at site and each stage wise work progress and kept at site. Same shall be deposited in Engineer-in-Charge office after completion of work. (viii)It shall be ensured by the bidder that main item and fixtures/base material shall be from the same manufacturer. (ix) Sufficient tradesman,Labours needed for subject work shall be deployed by the bidder on daily basis ans as required by Engineer-in-charge. (x)The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder,nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder on this account. (xi) If a bidder observes any item in the BOQ that appears to be "Freakishly Low" or technically not required for execution at the site, the bidder must submit written comments to the Accepting Officer during the pre-tender stage or at least 07 days before the Bid Submission Start Date. (xii) Any act by the contractor that is found to be against the interest of the Department,or commits misconduct or any complaint received through proper channels and supported by verifiable proof (e.g., fraudulent vouchers, negligence in execution, or attempt to cause undue benefit), shall be treated as a willful default.Such defaults shall render the contractor liable for an Adverse Remark ("NO") in the Quarterly Work Load Return (WLR), barring the firm and its related/sister concerns from participating in further tenders. (viii) The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder, nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder. | ||
