Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted @ Rs 50/Kg binder and no adjustment shall be made on plus side. 2. Cost of filler i.e. cement (Ordinary portland cement/OPC) is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 3. After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonne (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8-10 tonne static weight, followed by finished rolling with 6 to 8 tonne smooth wheel tendom roller as per Clause Nos. 507.4.8 and cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. 4. Payment shall be made after conducting bitumen extraction test after laying every 500 units and cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The seal cot in such cases shall be considered incidental to the work and shall not be paid saperately. 3. The paver shall not be compulsory in case of patch work using BM. 4.
