Note :- (i) Contractor or his representative shall collect the complaints at 0900 hrs from complaint cell of AGE (B/R) (M) and complaints shall be attended / make good / rectified within 24 hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the complaint at 1700 hrs every day to complaints cell.
