| 1 | Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with 1100 Volts, grade 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core FRLSH cable drawn through and including non metallic medium duty rigid PVC concealed conduit as per existing or as directed at site with medium duty 20mm dia or higher size PVC conduit complete with all accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, bend, reducer etc including pressed iron/steel suction box of thickness 1.2 mm for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed FRLSH copper conductor cable green colour as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including cutting chases for conduits and sunken boxes including taking down existing unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc removing materials to store for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as existing for the followings: NOTES : - (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases by chase cutter in wall/pillars/columns etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using necessary accessories/fittings. (ii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush/sunken box. | ||
