| 5 | Note for Item No 03 & 04 :- (a) Contractor shall detail 01 x Supervisor to office of AGE B/R-I daily by 9.00 AM except Govt holidays who will report to concerned JE (Civil)/Engr-in-Charge to receive all complaints of Zone 'B' area under this contract and no extra payment deemed/provided for the same. b) Contractor shall detail 02xSweepers to office of AGE B/R-I daily by 9.00 AM except Govt holidays who will report to concerned JE (Civil)/Engr-in-Charge to attend all complaints of Zone 'B' area under this contract and no extra payment deemed/provided for the same. (c) Contractor shall provide service providers as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments including safety measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (d) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line, blockages of any shall be attended within same day (within 12 hours). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detected/completed same day, but sufficient efforts applied by the contractor for clearing the blockages to the satisfaction of concerned JE(Civil)/Engr-in-Charge carried out. The same complaint must be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00PM) without fail. (e) In case of any complaint pertaining to cleaning of blockage in sewage line or any is not removed/cleared with in 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM), a penalty @100/- per complaint shall be affected from the contractor's payment. |
