| 1 | M & L for lifting of unserviceable submersible motor & pump set of capacity 125 HP, three phase from bore hole of tubewell located at Khiriama Pump Hosue by disconnecting column pipes one by one with the help of chain pulley block after all disconnecting electrical and water connections from pump set and transporting the same to authorised workshop after de-coupling motor & pump for carrying out repair and bringing back the same to site, lowering of coupled motor pump set in borewell by making submersible cable joint water proof, flange joints with new nuts, bolts & washers, leather gasket/packing with proper alignment, binding of cable with column pipe with nylon rope and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Repair/replacement works to be carried on motor and pumps are mentioned here-in-after. Note: (i) Cost of taking up & lowering of column pipes, transportation of pumps & motor to workshop & back shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) All the items/parts mentioned in item Srl No. 1(a) to 1(n) here-in-after shall be suitable/compatible for the existing type and make of pumping set. (iii) Required T & P such as chain pulley block shall be contractor's responsibility.
