| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance, repair, servicing, and breakdown attendance of the fully automatic electrically operated Goods lift of capacity 2000 Kg installed at the Air Store at NAY (G) of make Thyssenkrupp for a period of 11 months. The lift is a fully automatic lift serving G+1 floors, operating at a speed of 1 metre per second, equipped with a single-speed motor and AC Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive, along with all standard lift accessories. The scope of work includes as below:-
(a) Daily checks and routine operational inspections.
(b) Scheduled preventive maintenance at daily, monthly intervals.
(c) Cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of controller, motor, machine, guide rails, bearings, and door operating mechanisms.

| 2 | (d) Maintenance of automatic/digital control systems, door drive units, sensor/sliding doors, and all safety devices.
(e) Replacement of lubricants, consumables, and all required spares, as directed, at no additional cost to the department.
(f) Immediate attendance to faults and emergencies to ensure round-the-clock (24 7 365 days) serviceability of the lift.
(h) The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted functionality and safety of the lift throughout the maintenance period without any extra cost to the Government.
Note (special condition):- (a) A Platinum-Level Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement shall be executed with the OEM.
(b) All major worn-out/defective parts, assemblies, and components shall be supplied and replaced by the contractor free of cost, and the same shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.
(c) The contractor shall submit a copy of the OEM-certified AMC agreement to the GE before commencement of work.
(d) The contractor shall furnish a detailed monthly maintenance and performance report to the department without fail. | | |

The lift is a fully automatic lift serving G+4 floors, operating at a speed of 1 metre per second, equipped with a single-speed motor and AC Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) drive, along with all standard lift accessories. The scope of work includes as below:-
(a) Daily checks and routine operational inspections.
(b) Scheduled preventive maintenance at daily, monthly intervals.

The scope of work includes as below:-
(a) Daily checks and routine operational inspections.
(b) Scheduled preventive maintenance at daily, monthly intervals.
