| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance, Repair & Routine maintenance of electrically operated passengers lifts of OTIS make Per Month total 03 Nos lifts of Raksha-I, Raksha-II & Pratiraksha bldg at DCRA colony (13 passengers 884kg for G+5 floors) including carrying out daily check and periodical services and attending lift breakdown incase of emergency for a period of 12 months, oiling and cleaning of controller, Motor, Machine, oiling and greasing of guide rails amd bearings, replacement of oil and spares as required as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
