| 2 | NOTES: (i) Bidder shall insert uniform percentage in green field in the 11th row under column 5 of this BOQ sheet. (ii) Bidder shall refer and SELECT the option Excess (+) or Less (-) available at the 11th row under column 4 of this BOQ sheet, to quote the percentage above/ below/ at par on MES SSR-2020 (Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by MES under the column 5 (Estimated Cost) and total amount reflected under Column 6 are approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page. (iv) The total amount of all work orders shall not exceed the Estimated Cost of the work i.e., 15.00 Lakhs. (v) The Estimated Cost of the work i.e., 15.00 Lakhs inserted by MES in the BOQ is at par SSR Part-II 2020 and is for guidance only. The percentage quoted in this BOQ shall only be considered for Acceptance of tender. |
