The contractor shall summit his own design keeping in view seismic Zone-IV for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard, drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including overflow houdi, including providing and fixing water Level indicating system and construction of plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with including foundation depth, earthing cc 1:8:16 with 40mm stone aggregate and conglomerate floor 40mm with CC 1:24 as per DWCC specification.
