| 1 | Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Eco friendly Generating Set Diesel Engine driven of capacity 75 KVA/ 60 KW at 0.8 PF or nearest higher size 415 volts AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz 4 wire, directly coupled alternator and engine, water cooled common base platform with inbuilt fuel tank and including all excavation, PCC foundation, anti vibration pads/dampers as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by manufacturer. The DG set shall work at ambient conditions of Gurgaon and produce specified out put.The derating factors, if any, shall be taken in to consideration while arriving the capacity to give specified out put. The DG set shall be factory assembled by the OEM of the engine manufacturer and all components shall be accommodated in enclosure and other accessories comprising of the following:-
(A) Engine : Eco friendly emmision limits for diesel engines as per CQAM Direction No. 76 letter folio No. A-11018/01/ 2021-CQAM/ 15322-15331 Dated: 29.09.2O23 government of India and noise level (CPCB - IV norms compliances) diesel Engine confirming to BS/IS standard, confirming to BS:5514/DN-6271 / IS 10002/ISO-3046, of suitable BHP as per the standard design of OEM to run the DG set in full load / 110% overload with out any change of out put parameters, (not less than 608 BHP),1500 RPM, water cooled complete under NTP condition, with a provision for 10% over load for one hour on 12 hours continuous running.
(B) Alternator : Synchronous alternator 75 KVA, 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase system self excited, self regulated, self ventilated in brushless design provided with suitable automatic voltage regulator with 1% all load between no load to full load and power factor 0.8 to unity with 10% overload capacity for one hour in any 12 hours of operation without exceeding temp rise limit, Confirming to BS:5000/IS 4722 with standard design with IP 23 protection and class of "H" insulation & having surge separator for protection of alternator for reverse supply.
(C) Acoustic enclosure : Acoustic enclosure drip proof & screen protected meeting stringent MOEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions with air inlet louvers powder coated.
(D) AMF panel : Supply, install, testing and commissioning of AMF panel indoor type suitable for 75 KVA DG set, totally enclosed with sheet metal enclosure with sheet (CRCA) duly powder coated, dust & vermin proof made out of min 2.0 mm thick sheet | 2.00 | Each |
