1M&L for carrying out treatment for RCC Chajja s, Ceilling, facia etc in the following stages :- (i) Dismantling and removing damaged core concrete by manually/ mechanically means in columns, beam, roof slab, chajja, lintels, etc complete including disposal of unserviceable debris. (ii) Diamond wire saw cutting making profile at edges and avoiding feather edges. (iii) Hydro-demolition cutting / cleaning with high-pressure water jetting (iv) Chipping of loose concrete from surface to expose sound concrete beneath using light chisel, hammer & also preparing concrete surface to receive further treatment, disposing the unserviceable debris (v) Sand blasting for cleaning of reinforcement and chipped surface of concrete so as to cause an intense abrading of the reinforcement and removal of rust from entire surface of reinforcement to achieve shining bright surface (vi) Cleaning reinforcement of total rust by tapping or using wire brush or any other suitable way including from behind and around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface100.00Sqm
2M&L for applying bonding agent for bonding old to new concrete surface likes chajja/ beam/ceiling/facia etc by high performance modified Styene- Butadiene Rubber (SSR) base binder, applying of binder is as 10 Sqm/ per lits etc complete all as specified & directed.100.00Sqm
3M&L for applying 25 mm thick (average) repair mortar ready to use single component polymer modified repair mortar for repair of RCC members likes beams, columns, chajja and facia/ ceiling, mortar having good compressive strength and shrikage resistance etc complete all as specified & directed.100.00Sqm
4M&L for applying Injection grouting in all RCC members like beam, column, slab, corners of RCC joints etc of building complete all as specifed and directed, procedure as follows:- (i) Drilling Holes of 12mm dia upto 100mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in RCC structural member including cleaning of the holes by air blower and M&L for inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix the nozzles inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting: Cut and remove nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc complete all as specified and directed. The rate shall include scaffolding and other necessary works. (ii) Providing and injecting two parts, low viscous, high strength epoxy resin based moisture insensitive liquid using pressure injector with accessories till nozzle refuses to accept the grout including mixing of grout material components in adequate proportions as per manufacturer's instructions by weight batching and grouting the mixed material into the structural member by grouting gun, maintaining desired pressure in the gun by air compressor and maintaining pressure at exit about 2 to 3 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure guage at exit. The mixed grout should have following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/I (at + 27 C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at + 30 C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, class E+F (i Compressive strength >+ 70 N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30 C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30 C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (ii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30oC cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Rate inclusive of all material, nozzle, tool & plants and any other necessary arrangements required for the procedure as mentioned above.10.00Each
