| 1 | Providing and erecting a cantilever 6mtr span mounted sign board with a height of 7.89 m, consisting of one vertical poles and a 6.0 m horizontal MS tube. The sign face both side shall be executed with promotional colourful branding and printing work on corrosion-resistant Type XI DG Retro-reflective sheeting. This shall be fixed over an Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheet with an overall thickness of 4 mm (including 0.25 mm thick aluminium coil) clamp with flat 50X5 mm as per dwg ,Vertical faces of all side concrete piller paint with Kataline (or equivalent) Grade-1 water-based acrylic retro-reflective paint for night visibility.The work includes a designed support system of Mild Steel tube as per structural design requirements and IRC:67, utilizing MS Tube of 300 mm NB (323.9 mm OD) with 6.3 mm thickness and 25 mm thick base plates. Clearances must comply with Clauses 802.2 and 802.3, and installation must be performed as per Clause 802.7. The scope covers all excavation, PCC, RCC M-25, TMT reinforcement, and painting. The quoted rate is fully inclusive of all materials, labour, printing costs, T&P, and the deployment of heavy machinery (Crane, Hydra) required for proper completion as per the attached drawing.
