The Transformer should be of latest manufacturing standards as per amended IS specification and the Load & No load losses shall be as per IS. (1) Oil conservator with filling hole with cap and plain oil level gauge. (2) Silica gel dehydrating breather charged with silica gel. (3) Oil drain valve (4) Oil filter valve.
