1General Notes: 1. The Total quoted rate for item no. 1 to 3 shall not be less than the minimum wages of minimum manpower required (considering 288 working days in a year) including GST. Bids less than the above value shall be treated as non-responsive and will not be considered as lowest bid and will be rejected. 2. Contractor shall pay EPF & ESI of contract workers to concerned Department. The ESI and EPF contribution on part of employer in respect of these contract shall be paid by the contractor. These contributions on the part of employer paid by the contractor shall be reimbursed by the EIC to the contractor on actual basis. The applicable and eligible amount of ESI and EPF shall be reimbursed on submission of documentary proof of payment, provided same are in order. 3. The supervisor deployed under item no. 1 shall look after and will be resposnible for the entire activities mentioned in BOQ and tender documents.
2Cleaning and desilting of storm water drains and chambers along the perimeter walls area and various plant buildings by removing RCC precast slabs/MS/CI jalli/cover laid over drain, removal of vegetation from the side slopes/sides of drains, removing all debris, accumulated silt, cleaning of jali, again laying of precast slabs as etc., stacking rubbish at suitable location conveying upto a lead of 100 m, placing in heaps at the places shown as directed and in NFC from the drains of various depths as mentioned below. Note: 1) Minimum 10 no of unskilled workers and one supervisor shall be deployed for the work each day as mentioned in NIT.
