| 3 | (a) Unit rates quoted is deemed to be inclusive of removing the unsv spares and fixing of new ones incl testing complete all as specified and as directed to the entire satisfaction fo the Engr-In-Charge. | ||
| 4 | (b) The major spares required for Pump & Motor will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. | ||
| 5 | (c) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing, gaskets, O rings, Keys materials, nuts, bolts, gland rope, packing materials etc. and lifting / lowering, transportation to and from site to work shop etc. (if applicable) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. |
