| 1 | Monthly Comprehensive (Annual Maintenance contract) of DX type Precision Type Air conditioners by deploying respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experienced Engineer / Technical staff for following equipement i. e. 3 Nos X 20 TR capacity DX type Precision Air conditioners working 24 x7 round the clock at AVC building DATA center, including electrical connections to inspect the operation of Air conditioning units by the representative of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice/ as per OEM recommended Repairs to defective component / Equipment, detection of Leak & rectifying the same, charging / topping up of the Refrigerant Gas complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Compressors, PCBs,Sensors, Rewinding of Motors, Refrigerant Gas will be measured & paid separately under relavent Item of this Schedule) Make: EMERSION | 9 | JOB PER MONTH |
| 2 | Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF / VRV system Type Air conditioners by deploying respective Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or experienced Technical staff from any OEM for following equipements Air conditioners at various buildings of RCI,DSP Technical Area including electrical connections to inspect the operation of VRF / VRV type Air Coditioners with connected AHU / indoor units by the representative of OEM (Original Equipement Manufacturer) and carring out preventive maintenance as per standard practice/ as per OEM recomended Repair of defective components / Equipemement, Detection of leak & rectifying the same, charging /topping up of the Refrgerant Gas and all other connected or required items as per site requirement to make it fully functionalfor the following capacity units at buildings mentioned below complete all as specified and directed. Note :a) Compressors, PCBs, Sensors, Rewinding of Motors, Refrigerant Gas will be measured & paid separately under relavent Item of this Schedule. b) Supply and fix all types of minor spare parts of value not more than Rs 500.00 shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. c) AC circit/system inspection and rectification of repair/replacement of any parts to make it functional shall carried out by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or experienced Technical staff from any OEM once in during the contract period. First one at commencement and the second one at middle of the contract period all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
