| 1 | To perform such services and execute such work upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) together with amendment No 1, 2 & 3 and SSR 2020 Part II (Rates) together with amendments Nos 1 to 122 and upon the conditions contained in the tender documents, as may be demanded, and as enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule, AND/OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249), during the period of one year from date of acceptance. Notes: (i) The tenderer shall refer to Option "Excess (+) or Less (-) " available at 15th row under Column 'E' of this BOQ to quote for adding thereto/deducting there from the rates contained in afore said MES Schedule. (ii)The tenderer shall insert his percentage in the 15th row under Column 5' of this BOQ. (iii)Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only.Being Term Contract separate orders as per requierment of work will be ordered.The work order is to be priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. (iv) Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage(Excess/Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer.However the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount . | 1.00 | As per MES Schedule |
