| 2 | Item No 01 A : Construction of block of 225MT IGLOO (Non AC) (Including Part design) complete all as specified and shown in architectural drawings including followings :- (i) Construction of IGLOO Building as per architectural and structural drawings all as specified and listed in CA. Note : Main Igloo Bldg will be constructed as per structural drawings of CFEES forming part of CA. Necessary supporting structure for MS ventilation pipe as shown in drawings shall be provided all as approved by GE. Other components like front traverse, VIFT, Toes wall with earth filling, shed between Igloo and VIFT will be as design and construction described in Items as ser No (ii) to (vi). CFEES structural drawings are designed for SBC of 10 t/Sq meter. In case SBC at site found less that 10 t/ Sq meter same shall be brought to 10 t/Sqm by suitable replacement of soil/ admixture (ii) Design and construction of Traverse wall all as shown in architectural drawings and specified and mentioned in tender document. Note : Suitable crumple if required shall be provided at junction of Igloo and front traverse wall as per relevant IS codes and its foundation will be integrated with main Igloo bldg, as per prevalent engineering practices. | 4.00 | Each |

(iv) Design and construction VIFT with wing wall in front of Igloo bldg alongwith RCC Toe wall earth filling and saucer drain all as shown in architectural drawing and specified. (v) Design and construction of Sunshade between Igloo main bldg and VIFT wall all as shown in architectural drawing and specified. (vi) Design and construction of Loading and unloading ramp all as shown in architectural drawing and specified. General Note :- (a) Top 15cm layer of earth shall not be used for filling of traverse. (b) Good Earth received from all services shall be used for filling of traverse of Igloo bldg. (c) Any lead to carry the earth obtained from services for the traverse shall be included in lumpsum quoted rate. (d) Grass turfing to provided over earthwork as per direction of GE. (d) Above buildings shall be got designed by competent consultant duly vetted from IIT and accepted by Rep of CE Jabalpur Zone. | ||
