| 2 | M&L for Dehydration / filtration of transformer oil in existing installed transformers at site with portable dehydration plant to improve the dielectric strength to 70 KV or above during in cyclic manner including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site. Transformer oil will be topup to desired level before dehydration. Note- Applicable for item no 1 & 2. (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. | 4 | Material & Labour for disconnecting of defective/ unservisible transformer 63 KVA to 200 KVA capacity (indoor/outdoor type) 11KV/433 volts copper wound from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/ platform mounted and transporting the same to workshop in the presence of rep of AGE E/M and opening the transformer cover, draining out of transformer oil, removing of the burnt parts i.e.windings, tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including taking out HT/LT leg coil core tank and cooling tubes, painting the inner side tank by zinc chromate paint and preparing the same for re-assembling after carrying out required repair and installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/ platform with necessary fixing arrangement including connecting up electrically, commissioning and testing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and specified in particular specification of the following capacity :- NOTE: (i) Repair cost is deemed to be included labour,transportation, balancing or alignment of core etc in the quoted rate; and Unserviceable items required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The burnt transformer oil will be contractor property & new oil will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (iii) The coils and the oil shall be inspected for repair/replacement by department rep detailed by AGE E/M (iv) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.
