| 1 | M&L for Cleaning of tertiary treated water underground water storage sump of capacity approx 50,000 Gln at STP 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 at jaipur and 01 Nos at Niwaru by following cleaning process complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : 1 Cleaning Process : (a) Contractor will depute manpower in such manner that water supply time do not hamper. (b) Mechanized dewatering of UG sump (c) scrubbing the surface of floor, wall till removal of dirt, sediments, fungus and the stains and cleaning sludge removal and shifting as directed. (d) cleaning by High pressure jet. (e) Soak the dirt and sediments by Vacuum cleaning. (f) Anti bacterial spray on all dimensions inside tank. (g) Writing date of cleaning on tank with synthetic enamel paint and font design & letter size will be as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2. Sludge/dirt and other sand debris etc will thrown outside MoD land on a place as directed by Engineer-in charge in closed containers. 3. All workers will wear mask and carry all necessary T&P for protection and smooth working before start cleaning process. 4. Each STP UG Sump shall be measured and paid as one job, if contractor failed/delayed after intimation for cleaning of each plant within 10 days after instruction issued by Engineer-in-Charge in writing, a penalty @ 500/ day for each STP shall be recovered from his dues and contractor's claim on this account shall not be entertained. | 6.00 | Each Job |
| 2 | Removing silt (mud) from sewage pump well at STP 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 at jaipur and 01 Nos at Niwaru (depth 7.5 meter, dia 6.5 meter) and cleaning the bottom portion and sides of pump well by Mechanized dewatering and scrubbing the surface at equal interval of 6 months from date of cleaning of the sump during contract period, Proper cleaning of sewage tank by following method complete all as mentioned below :- Note :- (a) Mechanized dewatering equipments for sewage well cleaning and necessary safety equipments including mask and other T&P for workers should be arranged by contractor before start of cleaning process. (b) The contractor will inform to Engineer-in-Charge before starting work and will brief all aspect. Contractor will supply T&P and manpower in such manner that cleaning should be done without hampering sewage system. (c) Sludge/dirt and other sand debris etc will thrown out MoD land in closed container to place as directed by Engineer-in-charge. | 4 | Proper cleaning of RCC stilling chamber, RCC fine bar screen I & II, RCC Grit chamber I & II, RCC Oil and grease chamber, Equalization tank, Flocculator, Tube settler, CCT, RCC Filter feed tank, RCC slurry/ sludge sump by Mechanized dewatering equipments/ experienced workers with safety equipments and T&P items required for cleaning of all above said parts of sewage treatment plant of 06 Nos at jaipur & Niwaru equal interval of 01 Month from date of commencement of contract complete all as mentioned below:- (a) By mechanized dewatering and scrubbing the surface of floor, wall till removal of dirt, sediments and cleaning sludge removal and shifting as directed.
