The work order is to be priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. | ||
| 5 | (iv) Irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the BOQ, Acceptance of Contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (Excess/Less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. However, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in BOQ. |
